At Look, we respect your right to privacy and control over your data.

If you’d like to permanently delete your account, you can request full removal of your data, including profile information, listings, messages, and reviews.

Once confirmed, the process is irreversible.

How to request deletion: Send an email to info@lookthesoftware.com using the same address linked to your Look account.

We’ll process your request within 72 hours and notify you once your account has been removed.

Need help instead? You can pause your listings or update your profile anytime under My Account.
