TERMS OF USE & SPACE LISTING POLICY

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Look (hereinafter “User,” “Owner,” “Advertiser,” or “Client”), you fully agree to these Terms of Use and Space Listing Policy, as well as the Privacy Policy and any subsequent policies published by Look. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of future updates.

  1. Purpose of the Service

Look acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between advertising space owners and advertisers wishing to lease or temporarily rent such spaces.

The platform allows users to publish, search, compare, book, and manage spaces, and process payments through secure providers. Look is not a landlord, owner, or advertising agency, and is not a party to contracts between users.

  1. User Registration

To use Look, the User must: Be of legal age (18+). Provide accurate, updated information. Create an account with a verified email. Explicitly accept these Terms. Keep login credentials confidential.

  1. Identity and Ownership Verification

Look fosters a trust-based ecosystem. Users may be required to provide proof of identity and ownership or authorization of the listed space. Look may use third-party verification services (Stripe Identity, Persona, Veriff, etc.). Verified listings will display the “Verified Space” badge.

Verification does not constitute a legal proof of ownership but an internal validation process for safety purposes.

  1. Space Listing

Owners must provide accurate information about their space: Description, address, type, dimensions, and conditions. Advertising rental price or rate. Genuine, unaltered images. Up-to-date maintenance and municipal permits.

Look reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove listings that fail to meet these standards or are deemed inappropriate.

  1. Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Look is not responsible for false information, illegal material, or third-party rights violations.

  1. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Payments are processed via certified providers (e.g., Stripe). Look may retain a service fee or commission on each transaction. Payouts to the Owner occur after the service confirmation. Users must comply with all applicable tax obligations.

  1. User Obligations

All users must: Use the platform lawfully and ethically. Not upload defamatory, pornographic, violent, or illegal material. Not bypass fees, manipulate pricing, or duplicate listings. Notify Look of any suspicious activity.

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights to Look’s software, interface, design, logos, trademarks, databases, and content are the exclusive property of Regalook or its licensors..

Unauthorized use, copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. License of Uploaded Content

The User retains ownership of their content but grants Look a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operational, promotional, and security purposes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Look provides no guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. It shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential losses. Errors caused by users or third parties. Technical failures, outages, or cyberattacks.

Use of the service is at the User’s sole risk.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Look is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties regarding its performance, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

  1. Force Majeure

Look shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, government actions, etc.).

  1. Duration and Termination

Users may close their accounts at any time. Look may suspend or delete accounts for violations, fraud, prolonged inactivity, or legal orders.

  1. Dispute Resolution.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), governed by Canadian law.

  1. Data Protection

Look complies with PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU), and equivalent global standards. Data is processed solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance.

  1. Assignment and Transfer

Look may assign its rights or obligations, in whole or in part, to affiliates or successors without prior notice. Users may not transfer their account without Look’s express consent.

  1. Amendments to the Terms

Look may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted online and take effect 10 days after publication.

19 Final Provisions

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder remains effective.

No omission or delay constitutes waiver of rights. These Terms form the entire agreement between Look and the User.
